Booth space includes 10x10 SPACE FOR TENT. Parking stalls are located outside of the market area. All vendors are to be set up by 7:45am and break down by 12:00


Note: Please download forms below if you are interested in renting a space. Be sure to include the specific dates requesting. All food vendors need to comply with Dept. of Health requirements and guidelines and approved prior to event. Applications subject to approval.

Vendor Information

Please complete and submit Vendor Application Form & Hold Harmless Agreement and additional DOH documents listed as needed.

  1. Special event permit application (pg. 1 and 2 completely filled out) and any associated fees.

  2. Food handler's certification card for each food booth

  3. Written procedures for covid-19 precautions (see attached handout)
